Every project begins with a free 30-minute call. No obligation, no upsell. We want to understand your business, your goals, your current site (if you have one), and what success looks like for this project. If we're a good fit, we'll follow up with a proposal. If we're not, we'll tell you honestly — and point you in the right direction.
Step 1 — Discovery Call (Free)

Once we're aligned on the project, we get into the detail. This stage includes: Keyword and competitor research to inform the site architecture Page structure planning - which pages, what hierarchy, what content is needed Audience and positioning review - who the site is speaking to and how Technical requirements - any integrations, booking systems, custom functionality By the end of this stage, you have a clear picture of what's being built and why every decision was made.
Step 2 — Strategy and Scoping

For Signature and Growth projects, we design in Figma before we build anything. You'll see a pixel-perfect mockup of your site — desktop and mobile — before a single block is placed in Squarespace. This is where we resolve any design direction, colour, typography, or layout decisions. Doing this in Figma is faster, cheaper, and less stressful than iterating in the live build. You get two rounds of revisions on the mockup before we move to development.
Step 3 — Figma Design (Signature Package)

With an approved design in hand, we build the site in Squarespace. This includes: Custom CSS and JavaScript for any design or functionality beyond Squarespace defaults Mobile-first implementation — every page tested across device sizes All on-page SEO set up correctly from the start: title tags, meta descriptions, H1-H3 structure, image alt text, internal links Contact forms, booking integrations, and third-party connections configured and tested Google Analytics and Search Console connected
Step 4 — Build

Before launch, we do a full internal QA pass: every page, every link, every form, every mobile breakpoint. Then we send you a review link so you can go through the site yourself. Starter projects include one round of revisions at this stage. Signature projects include two. Revisions are clearly defined at the outset — no scope creep surprises.
Step 5 — Review and Refinement

Launch day is controlled and methodical. We handle domain connection or transfer, final DNS configuration, SSL verification, and a post-launch check to confirm everything is running correctly. We notify you when the site is live — and we stay available for support in the days that follow. Post-launch support: 14 days (Starter) or 30 days (Signature and Growth).
